Presto Pink creates time in Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
Some memberships may require the first 30-60 days of a membership to be pre-paid; and some services, depending on how extensive the request may be, may require the service to be pre-paid also.
Our services range from $50 to $150 per month, which correspondingly includes 2-10 guaranteed hours of services. We will do as many requests as possible during your guaranteed service hours. However, if a service request happens to goes over your monthly hour limit, due to traffic, inclement weather, etc., additional hourly rates will apply.
Yes, Presto Pink will assess each client's needs prior to beginning any service. Each assessment may include an in-person or telephone consultation with one of our representatives.
Presto Pink strives to exceed our client's expectations. Please understand that there may be circumstances that arise that are out of our control. All of our services are personally guaranteed. If you're not satisfied with our service, we will issue a refund for the services portion of your bill. If you are unhappy with our service and you have pre-booked services in advance, please give 48 hours notice of a cancellation of all services.

We are a “can-do” company, however we do reserve the right to refuse any request that involves any form of criminal activity. All monthly memberships require a 60 day minimum subscription. The customer may cancel their monthly membership with no penalty after 60 days. If a customer does wish to cancel their monthly membership, they must provide a 10 day written notice of cancellation, before the next billing cycle. If a customer wishes to cancel their monthly membership and still has pre-booked services remaining, that customer is to cancel all remaining services up to 24 hours prior to the next scheduled service. If a 24 hour notice is not given the customer will be charged 50% of the booked service value.
